This is just my version, so I will not make new cards or change the board or something else for you but I uploaded a blank version of the board and the cards so you can make your own version or add some more cards as you like. You can find it here [link]

I absolutely love it! Found "typos" however, both electricity company and water works are in German. I'd suggest using Hoover Dam (electric) and Project Purity (water works) instead. I'd definetly print this, thanks for all the hard work you put into it.
